Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Sundance, WY + Belle Fourche, SD | 4 Days/Week
Jackson Dental is growing, and we’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is excited about more than just clinical care. This is an opportunity to be part of a team focused on whole body health, functional dentistry, and long-term patient outcomes.
This position will be based 3 days per week in our Sundance, WY location and 1 day per week in our Belle Fourche, SD office following completion of training and onboarding in Belle Fourche.
Compensation
- $38–$44/hour for newer hygienists (1–2 years of experience)
- $44–$48/hour for experienced hygienists
Compensation is based on experience, clinical skillset, and alignment with our philosophy of care.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Educate patients on oral-systemic health connections
- Support comprehensive exams and treatment planning
- Utilize and expand skills in laser therapy, functional dentistry, and myofunctional concepts
- Participate in and support comprehensive treatment coordination for larger cases
- Build trust with patients through clear, compassionate communication
- Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver complete care
