Dental Administrator I

Pay Range: $19.00–$23.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities
Patient Experience
- Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- Build trust by communicating clearly and respectfully.
- Protect patient confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
Administrative Operations
- Check patients in and out accurately and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collect payments and process routine administrative tasks.
- Support daily office operations and maintain an organized front office.
Team Support
- Communicate effectively with providers and teammates.
- Follow established systems and procedures.
- Assist other team members as needed to support the success of the practice.
- Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
