Assistant Director of Operations

Jackson Dental Professionals in Belle Fourche, SD is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to help lead our team to success. Our thriving dental practice is dedicated to providing top-notch care to our patients, and we need someone who is passionate about helping us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations of the dental practice
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency and overall practice performance
  • Collaborate with Director of Operations to set and achieve practice goals
  • Track quarterly and yearly data
  • Promote our practice through direct collaboration with interdisciplinary contacts

  • Facilitate team meetings and coaching opportunities with team members

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in leadership/managerial role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with dental software systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Minimum level of education - Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred

  • Salary: $60,000-100,000 depending on experience, motivation, and drive
